Effects of TQM Practices Against Outsourcing Employee Satisfaction and Loyalty Electricity Sector

This study examines the relationship of Total Quality Management (TQM) to satisfaction and loyalty Outsourcing PT employees. PLN Bungo area, Indonesia. The TQM variables used include employee training, empowerment, teamwork, compensation, management leadership. research results are poured into a theoretical model that shows outsourcing uses structural equation modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. computer program is SmartPLS version 3.0. number samples was 176 respondents. showed leadership were significant positive predictors satisfaction, can be increased through satisfaction.
